This dish is from the Gerson Therapy Clinic which was endorsed by Prince Charles whose friend was suffering from cancer. The original recipe is actually a soup. You are welcome to re-heat this dish in a pot and use a stick blender to turn it into a creamy soup. Ingredients: Celeriac, parsley, banana shallots, tomato, leek, midnight pearl potato (variety will change depending on season).

Caramelised Onion and Zucchini Flat Bread
Savoury bread with loads of flavour. Make sandwiches out of it, use it as a side with your salad or serve them with your cheese board. Serving: 4 triangle pieces. Ingredients: Onion (minimum 30%) *, zucchini (minimum 5%) *, flaxseed*, sunflower seeds*, gluten free tamari*, olive oil*, date paste, thyme, lemon juice, filtered water, salt, plain coconut yoghurt*. *Certified organic. Keep refrigerated at 3 degree C or under. Re-heating instructions: Conventional oven: Turn oven on at 47 C and bake for 3 to 5 mins. Mini-oven: Bake at 40 C for about 2 mins. Non-stick pan: on low, heat each side of bread for about 45 secs. Do not recommend to re-heat in microwave.
