WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFE FROM COVID-19?
Primarily by promoting contactless payment, pick-up and delivery. We practice and promote social distancing and wearing a face mask. We also have our business’ COVID-19 Safety Action Plan under the NCCC (National COVID-19 Coordination Commission).
WHY CAN YOU NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS?
At the moment, I am running Hayden's House Food on my own. When I'm at the markets on Sundays, you can pre-order and pick-up the food from there.

WHERE IS YOUR FOOD MADE AND YOUR PRODUCE GROWN?
All food is made in our fully registered kitchen and premises at home and our limited produce is grown organically from our small garden. Our kitchen and premises are registered with the Melton Council. The kitchen is a PLANTS ONLY KITCHEN. Well, plus mushrooms which are technically from the fungi kingdom. Arlene is not a chef, however she has been creating vegan, wholefood plant-based food since 2014. She currently holds a Supervisor Food Handling Certificate and Food Safety Certificate. Our home is smoke-free and pet-free. Arlene’s mother, prior to retiring, was in café and catering business.
IS ALL FOOD MADE TO ORDER?
Yes, all food is made to order.
CAN WE ORDER OUR WEEKLY MEALS IN ADVANCE?

ARE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS ORGANIC?
About 70% to 100% of our ingredients are certified organic. We always do our best to source organic to minimise our exposure to pesticides, herbicides and to support sustainable farming. We source our ingredients from ACO retailers such as Wholefood Organics, Terra Madre and directly from ACO farmers who sell their produce from local farmers markets. Our company is not certified organic yet but we will be working on this in the near future.
DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL OFFERS?
Not at the moment. Occasionally we run a marketing campaign with Melton Council offering special discounts to local customers. All special offers will be posted on social media.
