Today I deposited a copy at the State Library of Victoria. It will be available here as a reference book around end of March/April 2023.

There are only 25 printed copies as I prefer to only print on 100% recycled paper. Printed by James and his team at Sustainable Printing, Fitzroy, Melbourne.
